Completed-load review
Start with
the record.
We compare a completed-load list with rate confirmations and revisions, carrier invoices, remittance or payment allocations, delivery documents, and supported extra-charge evidence.
FOR TRUCKING CARRIERS & OWNER-OPERATORS
We review completed loads for documented differences between agreed carrier pay, carrier invoices, and documented payments. Local processing and human source review keep findings grounded in the record.
You keep 80% of eligible additional cash after you confirm receipt.
Our 20% fee follows confirmation.
Purpose-built for
carriers and owner-operators.
01 / WHAT WE DO
You handle the freight. We help connect the paperwork, the payments, and the details in between.
Completed-load review
We compare a completed-load list with rate confirmations and revisions, carrier invoices, remittance or payment allocations, delivery documents, and supported extra-charge evidence.
Supported differences
We look for documented missed rate revisions, underbilling, short payments, certain deductions, and evidenced detention or unloading charges within the agreed scope.
Evidence packet
We prepare source-backed findings and identify missing paperwork. You decide what to pursue and control payer communications.
02 / PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your financial records deserve a deliberate approach. The configured workflow uses an audit-specific private Dropbox file request, deliberate local import, local processing, and human source review.
Confidential intake follows engagement-specific pre-intake checks for approved accounts, working storage, backup protection, retention, and incident contacts. No certification or absolute-security claim is implied.
Explore our security approachThe website is not an intake portal. Workflow controls are confirmed for each engagement.
03 / HOW IT WORKS
No software overhaul to discuss an opportunity. Start with a conversation, not a document upload.
THE BIG PICTURE
Potential discrepancies are flagged with supporting records for a person to review.
Clear findings. No black-box decisions.
Tell us where billing gets stuck. We’ll talk through your current process, the records available, and whether there’s a practical fit.
A CONVERSATION, NOT A COMMITMENTSet the review scope, data handling, eligibility, attribution, and fee timing in writing. Records arrive through a separate private Dropbox file request and are deliberately imported for local review.
SCOPE FIRST. RECORDS SECOND.The carrier chooses what to pursue and controls payer communications. The fee is calculated only after confirmed eligible additional cash is received.
CLEAR OUTCOMES. CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY.04 / ALIGNED WITH YOUR OUTCOME
There is no upfront, setup, or monthly charge for this review offer. The 20% success fee applies only to eligible additional cash attributable to the review after you confirm receiving it. You keep 80%.
No upfront, setup, or monthly charge for this review.
No recovery, no fee; partial receipts are charged proportionally.
Eligibility, attribution, confirmation, and exclusions agreed in writing.
We do not charge on possible findings, historical payments, or approved-but-uncollected amounts. The written engagement defines eligible cash, prior collection efforts, factoring rights, reversals, and authorized follow-up.
This illustrates the fee split only—not an estimate or promise of recoverable revenue. Eligible additional cash must be confirmed received under the written engagement.

Know what the service does, what it doesn’t, and what happens next.
Ask us directlyThe review serves trucking carriers and owner-operators. We compare completed loads for supported differences between agreed carrier pay, carrier invoices, and documented payments. Some layouts, broader accessorial reconciliation, and factoring workflows may need mapping or reviewer work.
There is no upfront, setup, or monthly charge for this review offer. The fee is 20% of eligible additional cash attributable to the review, only after you confirm receiving it. You keep 80%. A $1,000 confirmed recovery means a $200 fee and $800 to your business; partial receipts are charged proportionally.
No recovery, no fee. A possible finding is not recovered cash. We do not charge the review fee on possible findings, historical payments, or approved-but-uncollected amounts. The written engagement defines eligible cash, attribution, confirmation, fee timing, prior collection efforts, factoring rights, reversals, and authorized follow-up.
For the agreed completed-load period, we normally need a load list; rate confirmations and revisions; carrier invoices and credits; remittance or payment allocations; proof of delivery and extra-charge evidence; and factoring or quick-pay records where applicable. We do not need bank, accounting, dispatch-system, or TMS passwords.
After pre-intake checks and written agreement, each audit uses a separate private Dropbox file request. Dropbox receives the records you upload to that request. Uploads are not automatically synchronized; an operator deliberately imports the selected files for each audit. This website’s contact form never accepts documents.
In the configured workflow, working copies, extracted text, findings, and reports are handled on the Cauldron operator’s Windows workstation. Local OCR and deterministic checks help organize the evidence; a person reviews the source records and applicable terms. The model does not approve claims or turn potential dollars into recovered cash.
The carrier controls which findings to pursue and payer communications. Cauldron does not automatically contact payers, submit collections, change accounting books, transfer funds, or debit a bank account. The application calculates the fee; it does not withdraw it.
No. We do not buy receivables or advance money against invoices. The review uses existing exports and documents. Arbitrary layouts, broader accessorial or factoring reconciliation, and any system integration may need mapping or reviewer work; no direct connection to a specific accounting system or TMS is promised.
Confidential intake waits for engagement-specific checks of the private Dropbox account and MFA, approved working storage and backup protection, retention and deletion arrangements, and incident contacts. The current application does not establish application MFA, SSO, per-client operator permissions, app-level database or file encryption, automatic encrypted offsite disaster recovery, SOC 2 or ISO certification, or independent penetration-test attestation.
No. Findings depend on records, terms, payment allocation, and human review. No universal carrier-document accuracy, dollar accuracy, savings, recovery rate, or client success rate is established. Human source review remains required.
